Stand Up for Family

I enjoyed watching the video called Street Lights. Children today think they need all the latest technologies, but Stand Up For Family videos remind parents that kids don’t need everything in order to know what time it is or in order to talk to their friends.  When I was younger I never had all the latest gadgets and I turned out just fine. I played with my Barbie dolls and spent time with my family. My parents always told me that I better be thanking them I had somewhere to live and not complaining about what I don’t have.

The American Family Insurance has made great videos, not just the Street lights clip. They hit home to parents, and children can relate to them because they are short and humorous. More companies need to follow this track and things might change with how children act.
 

Family is important. With the hustle and bustle of daily lives, we all forget to spend time with our kids. We need to get back to the basics of living and have fun. We don’t need to stress over everything in life.  AmFam has hit on a great concept, and I am looking forward to watching more!
