I recently had the pleasure of participating in the Cascade Complete ActionPac Challenge.  Proctor and Gamble sent me a trial size of their new Cascade Complete ActionPac and asked me to prepare and bake a blueberry cobbler.  After my family enjoyed the cobbler, I was to leave the baking dish out overnight without rinsing.  The next day, I was to wash the baking dish in the dishwasher using a Cascase Complete ActionPac.  See for yourself how the challange unfolded.  Then enter to win your own sample of Cascade Complete ActionPacs, write a review and be entered in an additional drawing for a $15 Wal-Mart Gift Card. 

Blueberry Cobbler

I prepared a blueberry cobbler per the recipe from Proctor and Gamble. This was the best blueberry cobbler recipe I had ever tasted. Here it is so you can make one for yourself.

Filling

1 pint (2 cups) of fresh blueberries
1 can of blueberry pie filling

Crust

1 stick of butter
2/3 cup of all purpose flour
2/3 cup of sugar
2 packages of instant oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Mix blueberries and pie filling in the bottom of a baking dish.  Melt butter.  Add all dry ingredients to the butter and stir with a fork until mixed.  (This should be crumbly).  Sprinkle crust over filling and bake for 30 minutes.  The filling should be bubbly and the crust should be slightly brown and crunchy.  Enjoy!
