Meal Planning with Mindie: Great Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches

In our house bagels are a go to for a quick and easy breakfast. My husband could have a bagel with peanut butter every morning and not complain. I on the other hand like a little more variety. I decided to challenge myself to come up with a weeks worth of great bagel breakfast sandwiches with only a few ingredients. This week say hello to the express lane at the grocery store and still start your day off right with a tasty breakfast. Better yet planning an office morning meeting, skip the sinful donuts, and serve a bagel brunch.

Shopping List:
Bagels
Cream Cheese (I used reduced fat)
Peanut Butter (I used reduced fat)
Nutella
Honey
Bananas
Strawberries
Tomatoes, Large
Fresh Mozzarella
Deli Sliced Ham
Milk Chocolate Chips

There are so many different combinations of bagel breakfast sandwiches you can make with these few ingredients. Here is what my week of bagel bonanza bliss looked like:

Toasted bagel with cream cheese, Nutella, and sliced strawberries.

A bagel with cream cheese, deli ham, and fresh mozzarella.  Simply toast in the toaster oven for just a couple of minutes until cheese is melted.

  1. What's good about bagels is that we can eat them plainly or we can have a variety of toppings to add with it. Depending on our preferences or what our kids want for breakfast, we can add fruits with our spread and present it nicely to make them look more appetizing.

  2. With baked goods like that of bagels, cookies and cakes, you know that each of them was created with dedication and creativity just to make your eating experience more enjoyable.

  3. I really love bagels, I used to eat love when I lived in England specially for breakfast, I really miss them sometimes, however when I made mine I used to add a bit of Spanish cheese wich in my opinion is the best in the world, so smooth and tasty, you should try it too, you won´t regret it, just have a look at this website and let me know what do you think about it.
    Kind regards
