Through my affiliation with She Speaks I was given the opportunity to review Perdue Chicken Nuggets. I was sent a coupon for a free package of any variety of nuggets, coupons to distribute and a silicone baking sheet.
Perdue offers several varieties of the nuggets. They have Honey BBQ, General T'so, strips and nuggets. Even though General T'so is my favorite, I decided to go with the Honey BBQ so it wouldn't be too spicy for the kids.
The nuggets were fully cooked so I just needed to heat them up. I decided to try out the new silicon baking sheet (which can go in the oven or microwave) in the oven first. The nuggets tasted great. They were very tender and not mushy and were made of all white meat - no fillers.
A few days later when I prepared some more nuggets, I heated them up in the microwave. They tasted just as good prepared in the microwave as they did in the oven. Everyone in the family loved them and they didn't last very long. I was able to find them at Publix as Wal-Mart did not carry them.
