Use Music to Kick Up Your Workout


Researchers at Ghent University in Belgium have found that working out to music with specific beats per minute (bpm) can actually help to keep you on pace and speed up your workout which will increase your calorie burn. 
Listed below are some suggestions for tunes you can download right from Amazon for only .99 cents a download.  I love to download my own music because then I choose the songs that really motivate me.  Here are some of my favorite workout tunes arranged to give me an easy warm, a good workout and then a cool down.
