Top Halloween Costumes for 2010

Halloween will be here before we know it.  My children haven't started thinking about what they want to be yet but I thought I would get a jump on them and find out which are the hot costumes for Halloween 2010.  We have a dog this year that will be trick or treating too so I've included some ideas for her too.
